The Magical World of - Altaria

One such world, that many Mages are familiar with - is known as, ‘Altria’.
Altria is home to many types of magical citizens.
Mages have the ability to travel to this world due to their connection with magic. They prefer to live in Altria so they don’t have to take the extra steps to hide their existence from ordinary humans.
Altria is ruled by a counsel of Archmages known as the, ‘Circle of Order’
These Archmages are the founders of Altria and are the oldest beings of this world. They counsel consists of Mages and magical demi-humans. They maintain order within their world and keep peace between other worlds.
Altria’s land consists mainly of green forests, dark treacherous woods, psychedelic marshes. Most people live in the villages scattered throughout the region. The counsel is located in the main city,

The City of - Fyranthas

Fyranthas is home to the counsel and was the first city ever built in Altria. Many magical traders and shopkeepers set up here, selling their goods to novice mages and masters alike.
The drug dealers and criminal alchemists in the city have worked together and made a drug to enhance mana reserve within a person, it’s dangerous to consume and the counsel is actively trying to fix it.
On top of the drug activity, Crime rate in Fyranthas is high due to the exotic magical items sold here and it’s a constant problem for the counsel.

The Dark Forest

The Dark Forest is home to dangerous mythical creatures. Many seek shelter here because they have no where else to go.
These mythical creatures are often hunted by Mages for their unique gifts and magical items.. the creatures either become captured and sold in the underground markets of Fyranthas - or they are killed for their magical materials (venoms, horns, hides, etc.). Because of their distrust towards mages, the dark woods is an extremely dangerous location for any mage to venture into.
